Pick up Jagger Rd adjoining the bluff in Encounter Bay and follow tarmac west [ignore King's Beach Rd] for approximately 2.5k until you see sign saying 'King’s Beach Retreat 2k.private property'. Turn south on tarmac and then rubble road which takes you 2k over the hill to the retreat on Kings Head.
